Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sunny Golf Club, we want you to be confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

You may return any full-priced item within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused and in their original condition (it’s fine if packaging has been opened, but items can’t show signs of wear).

Sale or discounted items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds can take up to 10–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for a different size or colour, the quickest way is to:

Place a new order for the item you want.

Send the original item back to us for a refund.

This ensures you don’t miss out if stock runs low, and it avoids back-and-forth postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us at sunnygolfclubandapparel@gmail.com with details and photos. We’ll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.
