Golf has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It taught me patience and showed me the value of time spent with mates outdoors. Over the years, though, I also became aware of how much of the game is played under harsh sun. Most Australians experience that reality at some point; for me it was when one of Dad’s mates needed skin cancer cut from his face. The sun is both vital and dangerous: it gives us energy, warmth, and light, yet too much of it can do real harm.

Sunny Golf Apparel grew from that tension. I wanted to create clothing that respected the sun, protective, practical, and still something you’d want to wear. My girlfriend first taught me how to sew, and that small act opened the door for me to start prototyping ideas. Stitch by stitch, Sunny began to take shape.

I design everything myself and work with trusted manufacturers to produce in small runs. The goal is gear that blends function and style, with subtle nods to golf without being bound by it. Sunny is about making sun safety feel natural, respecting the outdoors, so you can better enjoy it.
